Step into the shoes of a scientist and explore the amazing world of reptiles and amphibians with Beaver Creek! Discover what it means to be a Herpetologist and uncover the secrets of these incredible animals. You might even have the chance to meet live reptiles and amphibians up close! No registration required.

Note: Live animals will be part of this program.

This event is presented as part of the Wisconsin Science Festival. Enjoy a day downtown with festival events happening at the L.E. Phillips Memorial Public Library, Pablo Center and Children’s Museum:

10:00am-12:00pm: Pablo Center Ready, Set, Science: Family Science Fest Expo!

Staff, robotics teams, and community organizations share their passion for science through exploration stations in the lobby. From robots to art and so much more!

1:00-2:00pm Become a Herpetologist with Beaver Creek!

Join the library as we step into the shoes of a scientist and explore the amazing world of reptiles and amphibians with Beaver Creek! Discover what it means to be a Herpetologist and uncover the secrets of these incredible animals. You might even have the chance to meet live reptiles and amphibians up close!

Explore hands-on science experiments and sustainability-focused activities. Science Festival activities are available for free in the museum lobby.
