Discover how Wisconsin became a leader in the cranberry industry with multi-generational grower Jim Bible. This talk explores the seasonal process of growing cranberries on an operating marsh, the history of cranberries in Wisconsin, and the role of the Wisconsin State Cranberry Growers Association. Jim will also discuss Ocean Spray’s cooperative model and sustainability practices that continue to shape the industry today.
