Details
Affordable housing is a significant issue in the Chippewa Valley and elsewhere, but successful efforts to provide lower-cost housing are happening. Among them is The Hub in Chippewa Falls, a community where individuals experiencing homelessness can seek temporary transitional shelter while working with a Hub case manager to move forward in life.
Hub Director Becky Piper will share their story and how a sense of community was built. Come learn from their work.
The event is free, and the public is encouraged to attend. No registration is required.
