MINDFULNESS is a tool to help counterbalance stress in our lives. In this hands-on program, you will learn about mindfulness and explore different techniques that you can use every day to help cope with stress in your school or personal life.

Mindfulness can help you:
• Reduce anxiety
• Increase focus and attention
• Improve your overall sense of well-being.

Each registrant will receive a free gratitude journal! Registration required. Snacks served.
