Nicholas Gulig is a Thai-American poet from Wisconsin. A 2011 Fulbright Fellow, Gulig has received numerous other accolades for his work including the Rushkin Art Club Poetry Award, the Black Warrior Review Poetry Prize, the Grist ProForma Award, and the CSU Open Book Poetry Prize. Currently, he works as Associate Professor at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and lives with his wife and two daughters in Fort Atkinson.
Elan Mccallum is a Filipina American writer whose work has been published in Barstow & Grand. She has collaborated with E Dance Company and Dotters Books, and she has read her work in the Chippewa Valley's Sound and Stories Series, the Snapshot Series, the River Prairie Cultural Festival, and the River Prairie Festival Celebration of Art.
Max Garland is the author of Into The Good World Again, The Word We Used for It, The Postal Confessions, and Hunger Wide as Heaven. He is the winner of the Brittingham Poetry Prize, the Juniper Prize for Poetry, and the Cleveland State Poetry Center Open Competition. An emeritus professor at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, he is a Wisconsin Academy Fellow and was the 2013-2014 Wisconsin poet laureate.
