CVLR: Weathering Winter in Roses, Spain

Snowbirding doesn’t need to mean heading south. Chris and Mary Beth Smith head east, to Catalonia, along Spain’s Mediterranean coast near France. Chris will share why they use Roses, Spain, as their winter destination, provide information about living as an extended visitor in Spain, and share its culture via his photos of the area.
