About This Room
This room is perfect for any kind of casual meeting of up to 8 people, such as a small book club. Located on Level 1.
About Our Meeting Rooms
- Meeting Rooms are available at no charge for public use by groups and organizations for non-commercial programs, workshops, meetings, classes, and forums.
- Meeting Rooms can be reserved on a same day basis or up to three months ahead of time. Each room can be reserved up to 3 times within a 3-month period.
- Users are responsible for altering the room's setup as needed for the event. (When done, the room must be returned to its original state.)
- Reservation requests will be reviewed by staff. Reservations will require a name, a valid email address, and a physical address. (You will receive an email notification if approved or denied.)
- Meeting Rooms are available only during normal library hours. Reservations must be at least 1 hour long. The latest end time you may select must be 15 minutes before we close. (See library hours above.)
- Be sure to reserve your room with enough time for any setup and teardown.

*Connection to screen is wireless. You must provide your own laptop/computer. Training for the room's audio/visual equipment is strongly recommended, and must be scheduled prior to your reservation here.
