About This Room
This large, adaptable space is great for demonstrations, workshops, and DIY group projects. Located on Level 0.
Special Dabble Box Requirements
- Priority is given to groups reserving this space for DIY activities.
- Maximum time limit (including setup and cleanup time): 3 hours
- Please be aware that the Dabble Box doesn’t have doors for privacy.
About Our Event Rooms
- Event Rooms are available at no charge for public use by groups and organizations for non-commercial programs, workshops, meetings, classes, and forums.
- Event Rooms must be reserved at least 14 days in advance. They can be reserved up to 3 months out, with a limit of 3 times within a 3-month period.
- Users are responsible for all setup and take down of tables and chairs needed for the event. (When done, the room must be returned to its original state.)
- Reservation requests will be reviewed by staff. Reservations will require a name, a valid email address, and a physical address. (You will receive an email notification if approved or denied.)
- Event Rooms are available only during normal library hours. Reservations must be at least 1 hour long. The latest end time you may select must be 15 minutes before we close. (See library hours above.)
- Event Rooms have a default 15-minute buffer before and after the event for setup and teardown. When selecting your event time, simply use your event’s public start time and the buffer is added automatically. These buffers may affect how early or late in the day you can select a reservation time. (If you need different setup or teardown times, please adjust them on the request form.)
- This room requires a minimum number of attendees.
