Open to youth in grades 4 –6.

Get ready to salad!  Join 4-H in exploring salads that go beyond a lettuce side salad.  Using inspiration from around the world, we will explore ingredients and make delicious salads from scratch.  Registrants will help decide which recipes we will make.  Options will include egg salad, lentil salad, pasta salad, potato salad, quinoa salad, coleslaw, and a cucumber & tomato salad.
