Program Description

Details

Are you a parent or educator of children ages 0-5? Did you know that music helps develop the brain and language skills?

Join us for this introductory ukulele mini-series that will unlock your rock star status at home or school. Learn a few simple cords that will enable you to play a plethora of traditional children's songs for your kiddos. No experience necessary. Bring your own ukulele or use one of ours! Registration required.

This program is a two-part mini-series. Participants should plan to attend both classes (February 24 and March 16, 1:30-3:00 p.m.).

About the Instructor: Nicole Cook has taught music for 25 years. Her love of ukulele began in her elementary music classroom, and since then she has taught both group and private lessons. Nicole is a long-term substitute music teacher in the Eau Claire Area School District.
