Artists of all kinds are invited to drop in and explore your creative side this summer. Basic supplies will be available; just bring your imagination! 

Drop in to play, make, and share! From coding with robots to painting and drawing, there’s something for everyone. 

Hang out with the BookBike at the Eau Claire Downtown Farmers Market (weather permitting). Check out materials, sign up for a library card, get answers to reference questions, learn how to download digital content, and so much more!

Little Movers Storytime is about 20 minutes long and geared for babies on the move (up to 24-months) and their caregivers. Storytime is followed by play group.  

Toddler Storytime is about 20 minutes long and geared for two- and three-year-olds and their caregivers.

A bubble and magic show by bubble artist, Rondini. Attendance is first come, first served.

Preschool Storytime is about 30-minutes long and geared for three- to five-year-olds and their caregivers.

BYO Book Club is a non-traditional discussion group for adults. Instead of reading a predetermined title, participants meet to talk about what they’re currently reading and get suggestions for new titles to try.

It can be hard to put a label on a maker whose areas of interest are related yet diverse. Michael Levenick, our Maker in Residence this spring, combines circuits, code, and curiosity to make gadgets, games, and general greatness.

Bouncing Babies Storytime is about 20 minutes long and geared for pre-walkers, starting at birth (0-12 months) and their caregivers. Storytime is followed by play group.

Draw with Sharpies, then drip on isopropyl alcohol to make the colors blend and swirl. All materials provided. Registration required.

Each year, selected artists are invited to submit a work of art to be included in a themed summer exhibit. This year’s show, “It’s All Symbolic,” features works from 39 talented artists.
